Return Policy:
If you decide to cancel your order before we prepare your tent for shipment, we will issue a 100% refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. We plan our production materials up to 3 months in advance and base our material and fabrication pipeline on order volume, so cancellations can be challenging for us.

Once your tent has been shipped or delivered to you, we will accept returns of new, unused Trustmade tents that are still in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity and cost of transporting our tents, customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from (estimated at $800-1200 depending on location) and a $200 restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Trustmade is not liable for any products lost or damaged during return shipping. If the product is not received or arrives damaged after leaving your possession, your return request may be denied.
